Charleston's First Exclusive Home Buyers Agency we pride ourselves on only representing the needs of buyers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
David Kent, has worked on many land development projects and as a home builder. In 1995 with his partner Cece Stricklin he opened the Real Buyer's Agent. He has acted as both the President of his local Association of Realtors as well as President of the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association. In 2016, David served as President of the South Carolina Association of Realtors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are an exclusive Buyer's Agency, meaning we never represent a seller in a real estate transaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Mt. Pleasant, but serve Buyers in all three counties.

Coming over the Cooper River bridge into Mt. Pleasant stay on 17. We are at 800 Johnnie Dodds in the Layfette Village before the Publix at Anna Knapp.
Which areas do you service?
We serve buyers in Dorchester, Charleston, and Berkley Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
David Kent (Broker in Charge) and his business partner Cece Stricklin own The Real Buyer's Agent.
What are your hours of operation?
Our normal office ours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, but we work with clients both after hours and on weekends.
